How The Mail Club Works

12 months. 12 letters. One unforgettable reading experience.
Once you sign up, you will receive a monthly packet in the mail with an assortment of treasures, including (but not limited to) a new chapter (or two), a keepsake, frameable art print, themed stickers, and more depending on your tier.The payment card you have on file will be charged once a month for a total of 12 charges.
You may cancel at any time, upon which all future mailings will stop.

We send mail once a month, around the 15th.
All subscriptions must be active/paid by the 1st in order to be included in that month’s send.
If you subscribe after the 1st of the month, you will receive your first installment the next month.

Step 1: Reach out to us so we can confirm that your letter was included in the month’s mail send (which typically goes out around the 15 of each month).
If you have not received the letter after 2 weeks, we will send a replacement. (The 2 week timeframe does not apply in December, as mail is typically quite slow over the holidays).
